My journey began when I realized I had been poisoned in my mind, spirit and body and couldn't move forward in life. I share this journey through my book, Detox Me: I've Been Poisoned ! Through my writing and speaking, my mission is to guide people on the journey to help them break free from what has been holding them back, to step into a life of healing, freedom & purpose. When the mind is renewed, the spirit is strengthened, the heart is restored through the power of the Holy Spirit, and a person’s life is forever changed. They can begin the process by beginning the journey of Detox Me: I've Been Poisoned or attending events. If your heart is open, mind receptive, and you're willing to take the challenge, expect a new and better you. Events are interactive, energetic, designed to be memorable for the community and people involved. We share laughter, stories and sometimes tears.
